Leads Bridge33 Capital’s real estate investment function, including acquisitions, dispositions, fund capital deployment, portfolio construction, underwriting, transaction structuring, and investment committee recommendations. Builds industry relationships, manages investment pacing and concentration, collaborates across asset-management functions, and leads the Investments team. Requires extensive open-air retail real estate experience, advanced financial modeling, complex transaction expertise, and a proven investment and team-leadership record.
