Leads product and system architecture for electro-mechanical actuation and power transmission products. Designs precision mechanical systems, detailed layouts, FEA models, and tolerance schemes while ensuring reliability and manufacturability. Collaborates with customers, product managers, program managers, and cross-functional teams on requirements, trade-offs, proposals, risk assessments, and roadmaps. Represents the company in customer design reviews and provides technical leadership for high-visibility programs.

Develop and maintain supplier quality processes, analyze quality data, conduct supplier and internal audits, lead continuous improvement, and support compliance. The role uses Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools to automate workflows and improve reporting. Responsibilities include resolving supplier and manufacturing quality issues, coordinating quality plans, and ensuring materials and products meet company and customer standards.
