Leads customer adoption strategy for Silver+ SaaS customers during the 7–24-month lifecycle stage. Oversees two teams, drives platform and feature adoption, reduces dormancy, improves engagement and retention, and grows gross profit. Uses customer health, behavioral, commercial, and machine-learning insights to prioritize interventions and prepare customers for expansion. Partners cross-functionally with Activation and Expansion leaders while developing high-performing customer-facing teams.

Supports influencer and influencer-affiliate programs through client relationship support, creator recruitment, campaign activation, performance analysis, reporting, and optimization. Leads defined workstreams, prepares client insights and QBR materials, oversees specialist execution, troubleshoots tracking issues, mentors specialists, and contributes to process improvements and program strategy.
