Develops and executes communications and marketing strategies, campaigns, web and multimedia content, direct email campaigns, presentations, and written materials. Consults with customers, develops visual communication concepts, supports communications and branding campaigns, and produces content for social media. Collaborates on complex, fast-paced projects, maintains expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, supports equipment and software training, and contributes to program documentation, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.

Support the U.S. House of Representatives’ in-house eDiscovery program during its transition to RelativityOne. Provide day-to-day platform administration, data processing, troubleshooting, technical assistance, user support, documentation, and training for House Committees. Collaborate with internal staff to resolve operational issues, maintain sustainable eDiscovery workflows, ensure continuity during the platform transition, and serve as backup to the primary processing expert.

Provide Tier II deskside and remote support for Windows and Apple workstations, business applications, printers, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and user accounts. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, deploy and image workstations using SCCM, administer Active Directory, manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions in support systems.

Supports HouseNet and other digital service portals by creating, editing, revising, and maintaining accurate, accessible web content. Collaborates with subject matter experts, developers, designers, stakeholders, communications teams, vendors, and service providers. Participates in Agile product development, tracks assignments in ClickUp, manages documentation, applies content standards, performs quality assurance editing, and contributes to customer experience and service design initiatives for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Creates print, digital, static, and motion graphics supporting communications, outreach, branding, marketing, reporting, and social media for U.S. House offices. Consults with stakeholders, develops visual concepts and templates, manages competing deadlines, conducts quality reviews, supports project teams, maintains Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, trains team members, and contributes to documentation, standards, communications programs, and process improvements.

Conduct scheduled candidate screening calls, evaluate qualifications, document screening notes, and manage candidate follow-up. Collect, review, edit, and format resumes, forms, references, and other materials. Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, consistently formatted, and submission-ready. Organize finalized files in SharePoint, maintain recruiting trackers, monitor deadlines, and escalate issues to recruiting managers while managing multiple candidates with limited oversight.
