Lead pricing and monetization strategy across Redpanda's platform. Define pricing models, packaging, licensing, and consumption offerings; perform customer research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing experiments; partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success; define metering/billing/entitlement requirements; launch pricing and packaging changes; evaluate new monetization opportunities.

You'll work in diverse environments to develop software solutions and communicate effectively with customer engineering teams.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll ensure customer success by designing streaming architectures, integrating solutions, and improving experiences with Redpanda products.

Qualify inbound leads through rapid, thoughtful responses and discovery conversations. Build relationships with engineering and platform teams, qualify opportunities, and create strong handoffs to Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce data, partner with Marketing on lead quality and messaging, meet pipeline and conversion targets, develop expertise in Redpanda and data streaming, and suggest process improvements.

Own and execute renewals for SMB and mid-market SaaS customers, collaborate with CSMs and AEs to mitigate risk, lead commercial renewal conversations, drive forecasting in Salesforce, identify upsell at renewal, coordinate with Finance/Legal/Deal Desk, and improve renewal processes and metrics (NRR, churn, on-time renewals).

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Redpanda, you will drive sales through presentations, technical evaluations, and managing complex enterprise campaigns, aiming to create a healthy revenue pipeline and close deals.
