Develop C++ software for a medical and safety equipment technology project. Design and implement enterprise data architectures supporting batch and real-time analytics, streaming pipelines, data warehouses, lakehouses, and generative AI applications. Build hands-on ETL/ELT solutions using Python and SQL, with Treasure Data/CDP, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks, cloud services, CDC, and Debezium. Develop AI-ready pipelines, semantic search, RAG and vector-search infrastructure, and integrate enterprise data with modern AI platforms. This remote contract requires production-grade architecture experience rather than traditional ETL or BI maintenance alone.

Design and build secure, scalable, cloud-native, AI-enabled enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on architecture across .NET, React, Next.js, Azure, microservices, micro-frontends, distributed systems, and modern AI/LLM solutions. Responsibilities include system design, architecture patterns, secure development, authentication and authorization, and implementation using AI coding agents and related technologies.

Leads Workday HCM Compensation design, configuration, demonstrations, requirements documentation, knowledge transfer, testing, rollout, and functional support for higher education or government clients. Requires Workday Compensation certification and prior Workday experience, with hybrid work and periodic travel in Georgia.

Lead enterprise API and integration solution design, development, implementation, and support using IBM API Connect. Guide technical teams, mentor junior developers, manage end-to-end API lifecycles, and build secure, scalable, reusable services. Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans while applying Kubernetes, containerized cloud-native architectures, API security, REST/SOAP, and integration technologies. AWS, OpenShift, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, CI/CD, and DevOps experience are strong advantages.

Design and maintain scalable .NET/C# applications while building AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities include prompt and context engineering, RAG pipelines, tool orchestration, memory and state management, agent evaluation, and enterprise integrations. Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams; conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote software and AI engineering best practices.
