Lead design and execution of an end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process. Partner with commercial, sales, product, operations, manufacturing, and laboratory teams to create demand forecasts, integrate capacity and supply plans, run scenario analyses, identify constraints, and continuously improve processes using lean principles. Build planning models, perform ad-hoc Excel analyses, and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to improve forecast accuracy and operational alignment.

Lead and supervise a biomedical engineering team supporting clinical lab instrumentation. Provide hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, vendor collaboration, staff development, and ensure regulatory compliance and service quality for analyzers, automation, and robotic systems.

Implement, support, and manage healthcare interfaces using Epic Bridges and integration engines. Lead analysis, design, testing, cutover, go-live, and ongoing triage for HL7/FHIR/EDI/XML/CSV interfaces. Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and technical staff, monitor production interfaces, resolve errors, and ensure performance, availability, and scalability.

Manage full lifecycle of healthcare interfaces (analysis, design, build, test, go-live, support) using Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf. Gather requirements, develop technical designs, triage and resolve interface errors, monitor performance and scalability, coordinate testing and cutovers, and collaborate with application teams, vendors, and infrastructure to ensure reliable data exchange (HL7, FHIR, EDI, XML, CSV).

Lead and execute internal audit engagements, drive audit planning and SOX 404 compliance, mentor audit staff, deliver strategic insights to senior management, and champion analytics/RPA adoption to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Develop and support integration solutions for Epic and vendor integration by managing the full development life cycle, from analysis to implementation and support. Certify products, provide support for production interfaces, and engage in innovation activities.

Partner with mid-to-senior leaders to align talent and organizational plans with business strategy. Provide consultative HR support on workforce planning, succession, change management, talent acquisition for senior roles, employee engagement, and performance. Liaise with HR Centers of Excellence and Service Center, drive culture and performance, and support Quest's Greensboro, NC lab and regional business unit.
