Lead a multi-country summative and formative evaluation of the ACT DRR programme across Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal and the Philippines. Design methodology, conduct inception and field data collection, analyze mixed-methods findings, produce a regional evaluation report with country annexes, and develop dissemination and uptake plans. Ensure participatory, gender-sensitive, decolonial and safeguarding-compliant approaches while coordinating with Oxfam and local partners.

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across Oxfam US, manage visa-enabled hires and PEOs, standardize onboarding, maintain ATS and HRIS records, report hiring metrics, run intern and volunteer programs, and partner with managers to deliver inclusive, compliant staffing processes.

Lead cybersecurity and IT infrastructure operations, coordinate with MSSP, manage incident response, firewalls, endpoint protection and backups, oversee on-premise and cloud systems (O365/Azure), supervise helpdesk and AV/office IT, manage procurement and asset lifecycle, and ensure security policy compliance and documentation.

The AI and Digital Innovation intern will support AI initiative coordination, experimentation, staff training, and documentation of responsible AI practices within Oxfam.
