Coordinate facilities, vendor management, office infrastructure, grant documentation, SOPs, and organization-wide logistics. Lead volunteer program administration including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, databases, and community partnerships. Support project implementation, maintain operational systems and documentation, and coordinate events, trainings, and cross-functional operational initiatives.

Work hybrid from San Francisco offices and support multiple practice areas.

Serve as the first point of contact at the Sunset office, providing trauma-informed, bilingual (Cantonese) front desk support, intake scheduling, document collection, and administrative office management. Coordinate communications, assist Cantonese-speaking guests, build community referrals, and help design office policies and systems to manage high-volume workflow. Report to Senior Frontline Partner.
