Develops, tests, debugs, documents, and supports software for new and existing products and applications. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, corrective actions, code reviews, system and server architecture, device communication, test protocol development, data analysis, and participation throughout the product lifecycle. The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to solve complex problems and improve agricultural automation products.

Lead development and execution of company-wide culture and wellbeing strategies. Partner with senior leaders to influence values-based behavior, design scalable initiatives, measure cultural health using data, and manage budgets and resources to improve employee experience across the organization.
