Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve performance and build AI-first finance systems, operating rhythms, and decision processes. Provide hands-on analysis, modeling, and execution support to scale the business.

Own ambiguous projects, improve decision clarity, and help tell the companys external narrative while preparing to run a P&L in the future.

Lead M&A transactions for insurance and claims acquisitions, build investment banking relationships, and develop M&A strategies to accelerate Nirvana's growth in the InsureTech space.
