Lead Nearmap’s global legal function across ANZ, North America, and Europe. Advise executives and the board on legal risk, governance, compliance, disputes, M&A, privacy, and strategic transactions. Own global commercial contracting, intellectual property, outside counsel, and legal spend while building a high-performing in-house team. Negotiate SaaS, licensing, reseller, data processing, vendor, and procurement agreements across jurisdictions, and partner with commercial, finance, people, and operations teams.

Leads Nearmap’s government sales organization across city, county, and state accounts. Owns net-new and expansion revenue, sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline discipline, performance management, recruiting, coaching, and team development. Builds relationships with senior public-sector stakeholders and partners cross-functionally on demand generation, product strategy, customer success, and operational improvements. Uses Salesforce, Looker, Gong, and AI tools to improve sales efficiency, reporting, forecasting, and accountability.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and social channels; research accounts and decision-makers; qualify leads; maintain CRM records; and generate pipeline for Account Executives. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on messaging and campaigns, meet activity targets, analyze prospecting data, provide market feedback, and participate in coaching to advance toward an Account Executive role.

Manage a portfolio of existing insurance customers using itel solutions. Build multilevel relationships, drive product adoption, identify usage and revenue growth opportunities, conduct account reviews, forecast performance, report account health, and oversee issue resolution. Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, executives, and Nearmap teams to improve claims workflows and expand customer usage across the product portfolio.

Administer and maintain Nearmap's revenue tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite), build declarative automation, configure Conga CPQ, monitor integrations, support end users, run UAT, maintain documentation, and coordinate changes with global admins and engineering.

Support GTM Finance with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and commission management. Own commission calculations, accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. Partner with Sales Ops, FP&A, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Legal to ensure accurate incentive plans, compliance, and operational process improvements. Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support for GTM leaders.

Leads global go-to-market campaign strategy for a vertical, translating buyer and market insights into scalable campaigns executed by regional teams. Owns campaign architecture, messaging, digital strategy, content planning, investment allocation, pipeline measurement, and optimization. Partners cross-functionally with Portfolio Marketing, Digital, Sales, Region/ABX, Events, and Content to align plans and drive measurable revenue outcomes. Establishes campaign briefs, KPIs, scorecards, and standardized global-to-regional execution processes.

Identify, develop, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities in the insurance vertical. Build strategic account plans, manage 6–18 month sales cycles, create ROI-driven business cases, conduct demonstrations, negotiate contracts, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and achieve quota. Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, product, customer success, and solution design teams while developing executive relationships and mentoring junior sales staff.

Maintains and repairs aerial camera, sensor, and onboard aircraft systems across a North American capture fleet. Responsibilities include field and shop troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical testing, inventory and equipment logistics, pilot technical support and onboarding, documentation, hardware transition testing, and catastrophe-response deployments. The role requires hands-on electronics and mechanical troubleshooting, network diagnostics, firmware updates, precision equipment handling, significant travel, flexible hours, and the ability to work in aviation-controlled environments.

Serve as primary liaison for customers and partners via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries and complaints, document interactions, meet SLAs, assist customers with product use, escalate issues, and support team collaboration.
