Manage a large global client as primary business contact to drive adoption, retention, and net new billings. Build strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, run client business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and meet sales quotas. Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts, escalate and resolve issues, and perform regular on-site and remote engagements to strengthen client relationships.

Lead global revenue enablement initiatives, own Highspot LMS/CMS strategy and governance, create engaging learning experiences, support product launches and onboarding, measure program effectiveness, and partner cross-functionally to improve seller readiness and go-to-market execution.

Provide marketing leadership with accurate analysis and actionable insights; build and maintain KPI packages and regular reporting; improve data integrity and marketing-to-CRM processes; partner cross-functionally to optimize lead conversion and revenue; utilize AI-driven analytics; and complete ad hoc analyses for executives.

Own a portfolio of suppliers through onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal, and reactivation. Use data-driven outreach, forecast renewals, handle objections, support upsell, coordinate escalations with internal teams, and influence product and process improvements to optimize supplier retention and engagement.

Serve as a client-facing analytics subject matter expert: scope projects, define future-state visions, produce high-quality reports and dashboards, identify and fix data issues, drive data stewardship and process improvements, standardize and scale analytics services, mentor onboarding talent, and promote analytics through storytelling and cross-team collaboration.

Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of B2B SaaS product features. Own customer research, data-driven prioritization, UX collaboration, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution with engineering, marketing, and customer success.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing analytics and AI insights. Deliver dashboards, reports, and conversational NLQ analytics. Partner with data engineering, data science, and platform teams to shape semantic models and LLM-backed analytics. Drive adoption with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams and use AI tools to accelerate product work.

Partner with Sales to manage pipeline, reporting, forecasting, and analytics. Drive sales process and technology optimization, territory and quota planning, sales compensation support, and cross-functional process improvements to improve sales productivity and data accuracy.
