Lead systems architecture and requirements decomposition for embedded controls across control algorithms, embedded firmware, and cloud platforms. Lead team development, performance management, hiring, and career growth; oversee software lifecycle milestones and delivery; collaborate with product, executive, and QA stakeholders; and provide architectural and technical guidance during design reviews. The role requires extensive embedded software experience, commercial product delivery, project management, and Agile methodology expertise.

Designs and executes subsystem and system-level tests for Linear Generator electrical and software changes. Troubleshoots, retrofits, and operates test units; collaborates with technicians and engineering teams; analyzes data and reports results; manages testing priorities; and improves test processes and infrastructure for next-generation products.

Lead end-to-end technical program management for software in hardware-integrated products. Own integrated master schedules, drive cross-functional execution, enforce scalable engineering workflows, manage risks and budgets, and provide executive reporting on program health to ensure on-time delivery and validation readiness.
