Manage payroll and stock-based compensation payroll transactions including reconciliation of option exercises, RSU vesting, ESPP events, tax withholding, and payroll general ledger reconciliations. Serve as backup to the Payroll Manager to process multi-state payrolls, off-cycle payments, and support month-, quarter-, and year-end close and reporting activities.

Design and revise CAD models, drawings, tooling, fixtures, and low-complexity assemblies for an aerospace quantum payload. Apply GD&T and tolerance thinking, produce manufacturing-ready drawing packages, support vendors and build/fit checks, perform simple analyses, and provide hands-on lab/shop integration and troubleshooting under senior engineer direction.

Provide legal leadership on complex commercial and strategic transactions (70-80%), draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, support government and regulated customers, advise on export controls and public company obligations, develop scalable contracting playbooks, and deliver targeted training to commercial and technical teams.
