Collaborates with proposal managers, system managers, subject matter experts, contracts, quality, procurement, and other departments to prepare comprehensive cost proposals and government-compliant cost volumes. Conduct quantum computing R&D, collaborate with physicists and software engineers across the quantum stack, support customers, contribute to proposals and global programs, publish research, present at conferences, and guide teammates.

Design and optimize quantum error-correcting codes and protocols for experimental gate-based quantum computers, especially neutral atom platforms. Develop mathematical models, numerical simulations, and custom decoders; analyze and mitigate quantum-system noise; and collaborate with physicists and software engineers on practical implementation. The role also involves publishing and presenting research, tracking advances in quantum error correction, supporting teammates, and contributing to productization efforts.
