As a Customer Success Manager at Eleos Health, you will enhance user engagement and product adoption across your accounts. The Implementation Manager will oversee the implementation of Eleos's solution for new customers, coordinating with both customer and Eleos teams, managing timelines and tasks, and ensuring successful project launches. Responsibilities include configuring system components, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

The Configuration Specialist will implement products and analyze customer data to provide insights, configure and QA products, and support user acceptance testing and value realization analyses for the Customer Success team.
