Designs, implements, modernizes, and supports secure enterprise cloud, network, and hybrid infrastructure for mission-critical federal systems. Responsibilities include architecture design, connectivity, automation, migration, troubleshooting, resilience, security, technical assessments, modernization roadmaps, governance, documentation, and cross-team technical guidance. The role requires hands-on engineering across cloud and on-premises environments and collaboration with network, cybersecurity, identity, application, and infrastructure teams.

Lead federal capture and business development efforts from opportunity identification through proposal hand-off. Build pipelines, develop capture plans, negotiate teaming agreements, engage agency stakeholders, and coordinate with proposal, technical, and executive teams to win competitive prime and subcontract awards across civilian and DoD agencies.
