As a Senior System Analyst, you will support the implementation lifecycle for warehouse solutions, assist clients during testing, and ensure successful project delivery through configuration, consultation, and management of client expectations.

Lead end-to-end Softeon WMS implementations: requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-production support. Drive project planning, status reporting, UAT, SOP development, customer training, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Mentor team members and recommend scalable WMS configurations to optimize warehouse operations and supply chain performance.
