Own store allocation and inventory strategy across KREWE’s retail fleet. Responsibilities include store clustering, assortment planning, replenishment, transfers, new-store inventory readiness, inventory-flow monitoring, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role analyzes sales, sell-through, weeks of supply, and stock-to-sales metrics to optimize inventory productivity, store readiness, and channel performance.

Lead enterprise demand and inventory planning across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. Develop forecasts, manage inventory targets and receipt flow, analyze forecast accuracy, support S&OP, and identify risks and opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve inventory productivity, guide purchasing and allocation decisions, and support new product launches and long-range capacity planning.

Leads KREWE’s brand marketing strategy, demand generation, integrated campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel planning. Partners with Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, Product, and Wholesale teams to strengthen cultural relevance, drive consumer growth, and maintain brand consistency. Builds scalable marketing processes, calendars, and operating rhythms while managing and mentoring the Brand Marketing team.

Supports 12 wholesale sales representatives and manages account operations, including SOP communication, product samples, marketing collateral, and trade shows. Maintains StorePoint and ERP data, onboards representatives, supports major-account compliance and EDI administration, processes wholesale applications and account setups, manages royalty tiers, assists with accounts receivable, and provides reporting to wholesale leadership. The role is fully onsite at the New Orleans headquarters.

Supports the Founder and CEO by managing calendars, communications, travel, meetings, events, expenses, documentation, vendors, office and household needs. The role coordinates executive priorities, maintains confidential information, improves administrative processes, and facilitates communication with internal and external stakeholders. It requires strong organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, independent execution, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Own production tracking and coordination from product development through delivery. Manage order visibility, milestones, risks, vendor performance, issue resolution, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade. Lead sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core product categories, including vendor identification, onboarding, and management. The role is based onsite five days per week at KREWE’s New Orleans headquarters.

Owns e-commerce site merchandising execution, product launches, content updates, Shopify catalog management, and site optimization. Monitors conversion, bounce rate, sell-through, and other KPIs; prepares reporting and actionable insights; and partners with marketing, planning, design, creative, and brand teams to improve the customer journey and digital performance.

Lead Email and SMS strategy and execution for eCommerce, retail, and events. Build automated journeys and segmentation in Klaviyo and Attentive, collaborate with creative and performance teams, monitor/report KPIs, and drive subscriber growth, personalization, loyalty, and data quality across CRM systems.

Responsible for leading the sales cycle, meeting sales quotas, maintaining brand standards, and providing a unique customer experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of fashion trends and excel in a goal-oriented environment.

Manage wholesale accounts across the Northeastern territory for KREWEs Optical and Fashion divisions. Build and maintain relationships, grow existing accounts, prospect new accounts, represent the brand at trade shows, meet sales quotas, and provide exceptional customer service as a brand ambassador.
