Advise leadership, manage a global finance and commercial team, drive cost and value optimization, and evaluate investments across physical retail, franchises and digital channels.

Develop and execute supply plans to balance supply and demand, optimize inventory, coordinate with procurement/manufacturing/logistics, analyze performance metrics, support S&OP, manage replenishment, use ERP/MRP systems, and drive continuous improvement and reporting for leadership.
