Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes using energy-efficiency software, diagnose energy usage issues, and recommend conservation measures. Sell and secure service contracts, educate homeowners, guide paperwork, install selected energy-saving products, complete documentation, generate referrals, and collaborate on cross-selling. The field-based role requires travel, independent work, customer interaction, and physical activity in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and rooftops.

The Sales Representative will meet with homeowners for energy assessments and recommend efficiency upgrades, utilizing consultative sales techniques while receiving training for success.
