Provide administrative and operational support for the Boston site, managing scheduling, systems, finances, events, and donor/investor communications. Maintain databases, prepare meeting materials, track expenses, assist with development, communications, and implement operational improvements.

Support the CEO and Chief of Staff by driving strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing executive communications and materials, managing Board and leadership meeting logistics, and improving Office of the CEO systems and follow-through.

Manage program work including research, selection, community engagement, and portfolio management. Lead landscape analysis, due diligence, stakeholder engagement, data tracking, reporting, and event execution. Coordinate with portfolio organizations and the Executive Director to ensure milestones, inform strategy, and implement best practices across the site.
