Supports apparel design from concept through final product, maintaining style information and creating presentations, technical drawings, and product specifications in Centric PLM. Collaborates with sales, senior design, merchandising, and vendors; researches industry trends; participates in fit sessions; and helps ensure products meet design and quality standards.

Own and grow high-value retail and wholesale accounts by developing account strategies, planning assortments and promotions, negotiating pricing and terms, analyzing sales data, forecasting revenue, managing account P&Ls, and identifying new opportunities. The role coordinates with cross-functional teams, leads business reviews, presents performance plans, and represents FAM Brands at trade shows, market appointments, and key account visits.

Assists senior designers with sports bra and activewear concept development, trend research, mood boards, sketches, presentations, sample fittings, tech packs, and product documentation. Coordinates prototype requests, vendors, sample logistics, and cross-functional teams. Supports fabric, trim, lab dip, and garment construction reviews while tracking timelines and preparing launch and marketing materials.
