Lead multiple client implementations of Energage’s talent management SaaS solution from kickoff through go-live. Manage project plans, requirements, configuration, testing, training, risks, stakeholders, and launch readiness. Serve as the primary client contact, translate business needs into platform workflows, coordinate technical dependencies such as integrations, SSO, and APIs, and transition clients to post-implementation teams. Contribute to process improvements and implementation best practices.

Senior finance role combining FP&A, technical accounting, international finance, systems implementation, and process improvement. Own budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting, subscription accounting (ASC 606), and finance transformation initiatives.
