Lead Coupang's U.S. digital policy communications strategy, overseeing corporate digital assets, paid media, rapid-response and crisis communications, and editorial governance; translate complex policy into digital content; manage teams and agencies; measure performance and drive innovation to support public policy, advocacy, and brand objectives.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain large-scale workflow platform infrastructure (e.g., Temporal, Netflix Conductor).
