Collect, reconcile, and analyze information from multiple sources to support USAO casework. Maintain case files and databases, prepare reports and documents, track case status, perform word processing, coordinate information requests, and provide timely status updates.

Supports the United States Attorney’s Office by coordinating fact witnesses before, during, and after court proceedings. Responsibilities include arranging travel and lodging, managing witness communications and files, preparing reimbursement vouchers, reconciling government travel accounts, tracking appearances, coordinating with courts and law-enforcement partners, and providing courtroom orientation. The role also prepares correspondence and recurring legal documents while maintaining databases and calendars in compliance with Department of Justice procedures.

Supports ATF attorneys with federal forfeiture cases by researching laws and facts, evaluating probable cause, preparing discovery and legal pleadings, organizing case files, managing witnesses, summarizing proceedings, and creating reports and trial exhibits. The role requires legal research, litigation support, strong writing and organization, database and Microsoft Office proficiency, and collaboration with law enforcement personnel. U.S. citizenship and a seven- or ten-year background investigation are required.

Supports attorneys in the Money Laundering, Narcotics and Forfeiture Section by reviewing case materials, conducting legal and factual research, preparing correspondence and reports, organizing trial exhibits, interviewing witnesses, verifying citations, attending pre-trial meetings, and summarizing testimony and depositions. The role requires strong legal writing, organization, communication, litigation support, software proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure.

Supports the United States Attorney’s Office Asset Forfeiture Section by collecting, analyzing, reconciling, entering, and organizing case information. Maintains physical and electronic files, tracks deadlines and case status, coordinates information requests, prepares accurate reports and legal documents, performs case-related word processing, and provides timely updates. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, data-entry accuracy, Microsoft Office proficiency, and eligibility for a lengthy background investigation.

Supports ATF attorneys with federal forfeiture cases by reviewing investigative materials, evaluating probable cause, conducting legal research, interviewing law enforcement personnel, preparing discovery and pleadings, organizing exhibits, managing case files and witnesses, and developing trial exhibits and reports. The role also assists with settlements, summarizes legal proceedings, provides training, and performs litigation support using databases and office software.

Support the US Attorney's Office Financial Litigation Unit by extracting case information from LIONS, PACER, and sentencing documents; create case folders and initial legal correspondence; generate and secure investigative reports (Lexis-Nexis, credit, BOP Sentry); coordinate with prosecutors, investigators, probation officers and court clerks to enforce restitution judgments.

Supports federal asset forfeiture litigation for the U.S. Attorney’s Office by reviewing investigative reports, evaluating cases, researching law, preparing pleadings and briefs, organizing discovery and trial exhibits, interviewing witnesses, assisting with settlements, and supporting attorneys during pretrial and court proceedings. May train or supervise other paralegals and must work effectively under pressure.

Provide paralegal support to the USAO: review and analyze case materials, draft correspondence and reports, conduct legal research, organize exhibits and trial materials, interview witnesses, prepare testimony summaries, and assist attorneys with pre-trial and trial tasks.

Provide advanced paralegal support to FBI attorneys: review and analyze case materials, conduct legal research, evaluate probable cause, prepare pleadings and discovery, interview agents, organize files and exhibits, produce reports and trial exhibits, and assist with pretrial and settlement preparation.
