Manage logistics, personnel, budgets, contracts, stakeholders, facilities, materials, and communications for multiple Intelligence Community training sessions. Oversee instructors, role players, subcontractors, and program staff while ensuring security and IC protocol compliance. Lead design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated deployments for a classified AWS environment. Ensure security/compliance (RMF/ATO), integrate APIs and microservices, implement monitoring (Splunk/Elasticsearch/ServiceNow), drive reliability and incident response, and mentor engineers on DevOps best practices.

Develops financial models, workforce planning tools, dashboards, and business processes; monitors program revenue, costs, funding, backlog, and forecast accuracy; supports federal proposal pricing; mitigates financial and operational risks; and manages and develops program control staff.
