Perform actuarial analyses for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACO populations including IBNR, pricing, forecasting, and risk adjustment. Support monthly close, P&L, budgeting, contract performance, and provider/clinical analytics. Analyze large claims, encounters, and enrollment datasets; produce pro forma and multi-year projections; deliver ad hoc executive-level analyses and improve analytical tools and processes.

Lead enterprise risk adjustment strategy using advanced analytics and ML to maximize risk score accuracy and reimbursement across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, and ACO REACH. Build predictive models, oversee data pipelines, run chart review programs, partner with clinical and finance teams, maintain audit-ready analytics, and present results to executive and board stakeholders.

Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, manage technical accounting (revenue, leases, combos), oversee audits and internal controls, handle treasury and budgeting, partner with operations and FP&A, drive ERP/data integrity improvements, and mentor junior accountants.
