Facilitate and coach Agile teams using SAFe and Scrum; run ceremonies, remove impediments, track velocity and sprint backlogs, support ART activities, and coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and Release Train Engineers to align work with program objectives.

Designs, develops, and deploys low-code/no-code applications using platforms like OutSystems or Power Platform. Integrates with APIs and databases, enforces security and governance, supports performance and usability requirements, documents applications, trains citizen developers, and collaborates with business analysts and end users to translate requirements into working solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain database systems and architectures for a DIA program. Ensure high availability, backup/recovery, performance tuning, security, and support microservices and cloud database solutions. Monitor enterprise services and maintain program availability.

Manage and secure enterprise source code, artifact repositories, and container registries. Implement repository governance, access controls, branching/merge policies, CI/CD integration, software supply chain security, vulnerability and dependency management, backups, high availability, and developer training/support.

Manage and deliver IT projects for a DIA program on-site in the DC/MD/VA area. Develop project plans, manage resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications. Prepare status reports, ensure compliance with PM standards, and track contract deliverables to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
