Provides financial leadership for general accounting across a complex, multi-entity organization. Oversees operating expenses, capital expenditures, payroll and benefits accounting, balance sheet accounts, lending and trust business reporting, reconciliations, audits, compliance filings, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Systems, and Technology teams while leading and developing a geographically distributed accounting team.

Lead advanced financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and complex modeling. Drive business analytics and profitability analysis, provide strategic recommendations, and present insights to senior management to support planning and decision-making.

Lead and oversee end-to-end residuals operations and team, ensuring compliance with guild agreements (DGA, SAG-AFTRA, WGA, etc.). Manage show setups, rule implementation, reporting, payments, system administration and UAT, collaborate with Labor Relations and Legal, engage clients/unions, analyze distribution statements and agreements, and drive process improvements for accurate, timely residual payments.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, complex financial modeling, variance and profitability analyses, and business performance reporting. Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver insights, drive process improvements, and support strategic decision-making using advanced analytics and AI tools.

Lead and mentor a full-stack engineering team to transition desktop and mobile apps to cloud-based SaaS. Own architecture, feature development, infrastructure, reliability, monitoring, and code quality while contributing hands-on (approx. 50% coding, 50% leadership). Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to design scalable, performant features and reduce technical debt.

Drive client acquisition and job posting growth for Backstage's talent marketplaces by prospecting leads, conducting demos, onboarding clients, building partnerships, attending industry events, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product adoption, retention, and measurable ROI.

Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability and variance analysis. Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, maintain data integrity, use analytics and AI tools, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and financial planning.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on workforce planning, org design, talent management, change management, employee relations, and people analytics. Drive performance calibration, succession planning, engagement initiatives, and complex employee matters while leveraging Workday and Culture Amp to inform decisions.

Set up and maintain client coding and reporting tables, audit accrual data, produce government and standard reports, and define client requirements for custom reporting. Collaborate with clients and internal teams, validate and update payroll/PSL data, and ensure data accuracy.
