Build costing models, forecasts, dashboards, and scenario analyses to improve profitability, capacity planning, and margin management. Partner with Culinary, Operations, and Supply Chain to support pricing, inventory, labor, and expansion decisions while contributing to company-wide budgeting and strategic planning.
