Manage and grow Builder/customer accounts within a territory by supporting pricing, product selection, training, and project coordination. Conduct customer training, assist Area Managers, provide technical optimization and pricing expertise, and participate in regional quoting and project development to drive sales, margin, and market share.

Provide structural estimating and pre-order support for pre-engineered building projects. Prepare accurate, timely quotations, offer design recommendations and value engineering, mentor junior estimators, collaborate with builders and sales, and support regional profitability and quoting processes.

Provide high-complexity structural estimates and pre-order support for pre-engineered metal building projects. Mentor estimators, develop pricing strategies, improve profitability and estimating best practices, and lead training on estimating tools.

The Designer I will provide structural design services, ensuring safety and integrity, while collaborating with teams to meet project goals and customer needs.
