Provides Level 2 onsite and remote IT support for employees, contractors, and vendors across office, manufacturing, international, and maritime environments. Troubleshoots Windows computers, Microsoft 365, networking, printers, mobile devices, conference rooms, accounts, and production technology. Handles onboarding, offboarding, asset lifecycle management, documentation, ticket resolution, vendor coordination, and project tasks. Supports continuous improvement and may provide emergency after-hours assistance.

Ensure alignment with IMO, IACS, flag-state, class society, and maritime safety requirements while maintaining reliable and secure vessel-based systems.

Leads electrical design and prototyping for subsea network products, including terminal equipment, repeaters, branching units, and ROADMs. Manages engineering teams, PCBA development, circuit architecture, testing, qualification, manufacturing transfer, and supplier relationships. Oversees cross-functional integration of optical, electronic, mechanical, and firmware systems, supports requirements and design reviews, analyzes production test data, and coordinates with field installation teams.

Leads technology projects and technical workstreams from planning through delivery. Defines scope, milestones, and deliverables; manages resources, schedules, risks, issues, and project documentation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates stakeholder communication, tracks performance, and provides structured status reporting. Applies Agile, Waterfall, and formal project management practices while driving process improvement, decision-making, accountability, and post-project lessons learned.

Leads supply-source development, supplier qualification, alternate-source strategies, cost modeling, and cost-reduction initiatives for subsea cable products. Coordinates cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, finance, quality, purchasing, and suppliers. Develops should-cost models, improves supplier quality, maintains product lifecycle reporting, ensures supply continuity, and supports compliance with purchasing policies. Frequent travel to factories and supplier facilities is required.

Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots network infrastructure across corporate, remote, vessel, NOC, and cloud environments. Supports Azure, AWS, and GCP networking, WAN and carrier connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, incident response, maintenance, network security, documentation, capacity planning, and regulatory outage reporting.

Plans and coordinates marine installation and shore-end activities for subsea fiber optic cable projects. Manages schedules, vessel readiness, contractors, offshore personnel, budgets, risks, documentation, and client interfaces. Monitors progress, resolves operational issues, supports offshore campaigns, ensures regulatory and contractual compliance, and provides project reporting. The role also contributes to process improvement, safety initiatives, cost control, and lessons learned.

Supports Ocean Operations program controls by integrating cost and schedule data, forecasting manpower and Estimates at Complete, preparing EVMS financial reports, maintaining program baselines, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting contract compliance and proposal activities. The role requires government contracting knowledge, FAR/DFARS familiarity, financial analysis, control account metrics, and proficiency with enterprise resource planning and program control tools.

Designs and verifies high-reliability analog and digital circuit boards for undersea and terminal fiber-optic network equipment. Responsibilities include circuit simulation, component selection, PCB collaboration, prototype experimentation, design reviews, verification testing, firmware integration, GUI test-tool development, factory testing support, and supplier coordination. The role also leads technical reviews and supports production transfer of fault-tolerant electrical assemblies.
