Senior engineer leading commissioning, retro-commissioning, and decarbonization projects for multifamily, commercial, and institutional buildings. Conducts energy audits, feasibility studies, field testing of MEP/HVAC systems, recommends electrification and heat-pump retrofits, supports technical reporting, and mentors junior staff.

Coordinate and manage proposal responses and business development efforts for AEC projects: track opportunities, maintain CRM records, develop and edit proposal content and templates, coordinate teams and schedules, monitor RFP sources, support award submissions and marketing materials, and identify process improvements.

Inspect and test new and existing multifamily buildings to verify sustainability measures, support certifications (ENERGY STAR, Passive House, LEED), review drawings and specs, prepare documentation and analyses, communicate building science to project teams, and research emerging sustainability technologies.
