Troubleshoot complex networking and cloud issues, use data-driven insights to recommend improvements, create technical documentation, support early adopter customers, collaborate cross-functionally including executive communication, and complete ongoing training to stay current on features and technologies.

Lead territory and account strategies to sell the Calix platform to broadband service providers. Manage executive relationships, orchestrate cross-functional teams, drive complex multi-year deals, perform discovery, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets while traveling regionally (≈50–60%).

Lead Calix's global compensation function, defining strategy, governance, and programs (salary, incentives, equity). Advise executives and the Board, manage compensation team, drive job architecture, market pricing, compliance, and compensation analytics, and support M&A and global expansion.

Serve as a senior strategic technology advisor between Managed Business and IT, develop multi-year roadmaps, prioritize investments, lead AI/automation/analytics and digital transformation initiatives, manage governance and value realization, and drive customer experience and operational scalability.
