Leads the Wisconsin regional sales market, managing and developing approximately 15 sales associates. Establishes sales goals, oversees coaching and performance management, manages client and principal relationships, conducts business reviews, drives market growth, and ensures CRM, reporting, forecasting, and incentive execution. Represents the company at industry events and travels throughout the assigned territory, including possible overnight travel.

Conducts in-person sales appointments with K-12 school districts and distributors, manages customer relationships, analyzes school bids, and develops strategic product presentations. The role also supports sales representatives through product education, maintains CRM activity records, responds to customer inquiries, attends trade shows, and drives territory growth. Daily travel, customer follow-up, relationship building, negotiation, and knowledge of K-12 food service markets are central responsibilities.

Leads day-to-day IT operations across a distributed, multi-office organization supporting approximately 850 employees. Oversees help desk services, infrastructure, systems administration, security, backups, vendors, budgets, technology projects, and AI governance. Manages two technicians and an MSP while administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows environments, networking, endpoints, and business applications. Partners with leadership on IT strategy, risk management, technology rollouts, documentation, and employee training.

Maintains financial records across multiple divisions, processing accounts payable and receivable, recording payments, reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and supporting month-end close. Assists with payroll and employee expense processing, resolves coding and account discrepancies, and coordinates with sales, operations, brokerage teams, vendors, and customers. Requires accuracy, organization, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Provide administrative, operational, and event support to regional sales teams: coordinate meetings, manage calendars and office logistics, prepare presentation and marketing materials, support trainings and events, maintain SharePoint resources, and assist Sales Planning, Marketing, and Client Management on special projects and office operations.
