Drive new enterprise revenue by building targeted pipeline, acquiring net-new logos, and expanding into new business units and subsidiaries. Lead executive-level discovery, consultative and value-based selling, complex deal cycles, and strategic transformation planning. Manage territory strategy, CRM forecasting, competitive positioning, and cross-functional deal teams while collaborating with Customer Success, Field Deployment Engineering, marketing, partners, and executive sponsors.

Conducts executive discovery, develops transformation roadmaps, communicates value propositions, and aligns IT, security, legal, data, and business stakeholders. Partners with customer success, deployment engineering, marketing, and executive sponsors to close high-impact deals and establish long-term customer success.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Odaseva customers: respond to tickets via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot escalated issues; collaborate with R&D, Product, and CSM; support Managed Backup Services; assist QA and knowledge base management; and maintain timely customer communication to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
