Leads IDEAYA’s integrated investor relations and corporate communications function, advising the CEO, CFO, executive team, and Board. Responsibilities include investor engagement, earnings materials, corporate narrative, executive messaging, media relations, internal communications, reputation and crisis communications, disclosure compliance, and milestone communications. The executive will build the function from the ground up, hire and develop a team, manage external partners, and support the company’s transition from clinical-stage to commercial-stage biotechnology operations.

Lead global supply chain operations across clinical and commercial products, including demand and supply planning, procurement, logistics, inventory optimization, ERP management, and risk mitigation. Drive S&OP, maintain lot and batch traceability, ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance, manage cold-chain logistics, and use analytics to improve forecasting and operational performance. Collaborate with Clinical, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT stakeholders while leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Supports the Chief Commercial Officer through complex calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, confidential communications, leadership coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Also manages Commercial operations, including planning, budgets, vendors, project timelines, dashboards, action tracking, process improvements, and event logistics. Partners cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Investor Relations in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Leads SEC filings, technical accounting, financial disclosures, SOX compliance, equity accounting, audit coordination, and reporting process improvements. Prepares 10-K and 10-Q filings, evaluates complex transactions under U.S. GAAP, monitors regulatory changes, supports Audit Committee materials, and partners with auditors and cross-functional teams. Provides project leadership and coaching while improving controls, data quality, and scalable accounting operations.
