Sell cold liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing resin systems in the Houston region. Develop relationships with architects, engineers, owners, contractors, distributors, and independent representatives; provide technical consultations, review project sites, prepare scopes and specifications, track opportunities in CRM, monitor competitors, conduct presentations, and close sales.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, operations, maintenance, instrumentation, and IT teams.

Develop, validate, debug, and support embedded FPGA designs using SystemVerilog or VHDL, Xilinx Vivado, UVM, and DSP algorithms. Perform simulation, verification, timing, power, and area closure for SWaP-constrained systems. Responsibilities include mechanical design, preliminary FEA, fabrication drawings, laboratory testing, first-principles analysis, and field equipment testing. The role supports audits and internal controls, answers costing questions, improves accounting processes, collaborates with Procurement and Operations, and provides financial insights for projects.

Supports production processes, standard work instructions, troubleshooting, production data analysis, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, process improvements, tooling and equipment setup, and safety and quality compliance. Collaborates with operators, technicians, and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and reduce costs under close supervision.

Leads cybersecurity defense, engineering, incident response, threat analysis, security tooling, and automation. Designs and implements information security systems and controls, monitors networks and cyber defense tools, remediates vulnerabilities, and develops defensive strategies. Provides technical leadership, mentors junior staff, coordinates work, prepares security briefings, and uses PowerShell and Python to automate incident response. The role also administers security tools and supports cybersecurity program planning.
