As a Tax Manager specializing in Opportunity Zones, you will assist clients in structuring their Opportunity Zone Funds and Businesses, ensuring maximum tax deferral and operational efficiency. Your role includes building client relationships, staying updated on regulatory trends, and providing consulting and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals and various businesses.

As a Tax Staff, you will prepare federal and multi-state income tax returns, respond to tax authority correspondences, identify and resolve tax issues, conduct technical research, and work collaboratively within your team to complete projects on time and within budget.

The Tax Senior will support accounting and tax compliance for client fund partnerships, focusing on U.S. income tax withholding and FATCA/CRS reporting. Responsibilities include IRS form preparation and reviewing client engagements, delivering exceptional client service, and fostering long-term relationships.
