Provides legal leadership across commercial contracts, data licensing, intellectual property, privacy, employment, M&A, disputes, and corporate governance. Drafts and negotiates enterprise technology and data agreements, advises product and engineering teams, oversees privacy and cybersecurity compliance, supports strategic transactions, and manages outside counsel. The role partners closely with sales, revenue operations, executives, and parent-company counsel to accelerate revenue while managing legal and commercial risk.

Owns revenue operations systems, data quality, analytics, reporting, and go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Administers the GTM technology stack, implements AI and automation initiatives, builds pipeline and revenue dashboards, leads reporting cycles, improves lead routing and deal processes, and supports annual planning, territory management, quota setting, and compensation calculations.
