Lead and own ground deployment test program for a large deployable antenna: design gravity-offload rigs, execute deployment tests, capture force/torque and kinematics, establish ground-to-flight correlation, verify repeatability, coordinate with mechanism and structural teams, and contribute to model-test correlation.

Lead and operationalize the global export and trade compliance function: build the team, develop controls and training, manage classification and licensing (CCL/USML), serve as Empowered Official, liaise with US government agencies, support customs/imports and supply chain, conduct audits, and provide regulatory guidance on ITAR/EAR/FTR/OFAC.

Own and enforce product configuration control across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. Maintain BOM integrity across ERP/PLM/MES, perform as-built vs as-designed audits, manage ECO/ECR and revision control, support data migrations and part-number standardization, ensure traceability and compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, and serve as SME for digital thread and configuration baselines for prototype, qualification, and flight hardware.

Lead spacecraft operations, overseeing constellation health and performance, while developing metrics and mentoring a high-performing team. Ensure autonomous operations and partner with engineering teams.
