Leads regional sales operations across First Supply’s Northern Region by directing, coaching, and developing sales staff; creating sales plans; growing customer relationships and market share; managing forecasts, budgets, compensation programs, and profitability; and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also oversees hiring and performance management, collaborates on marketing initiatives, monitors competitive conditions, supports product selection, and travels regionally more than 50% of the time.

Provides customer service and sales support for fluid-handling products by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, managing customer accounts, communicating availability and lead times, resolving issues, and coordinating timely fulfillment with sales and operations teams. The role uses ERP and CRM systems to track interactions and order activity while maintaining product knowledge and delivering effective customer solutions.

Supports regional accounting and office management through bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, cash and credit card processing, vendor records, office supply ordering, facilities coordination, meeting scheduling, employee orientation, and payroll timecard administration in Ceridian Dayforce. Provides customer-focused administrative support and maintains office equipment, security, telecommunications, and building service contracts.

Administers and optimizes Dayforce and other HR systems, including configuration, integrations, reporting, analytics, data governance, security, and troubleshooting. Translates HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leads enhancements and implementation projects, manages vendors, and supports system testing and upgrades. Develops workforce dashboards and reports, conducts data audits, provides user training and documentation, and ensures privacy, access controls, compliance, and accurate employee information.

Prospects for new contractor customers and maintains existing accounts within an assigned territory. Develops customer relationships, prepares product quotations, identifies product needs, coordinates orders, participates in trade and community events, monitors sales and product trends, and continuously builds waterworks product knowledge and sales skills.
