Designs, implements, and facilitates underwriting and claims training (classroom, eLearning, simulations). Assesses needs, develops curriculum and materials, manages training projects, evaluates effectiveness, and supports managers and SMEs. Hybrid role with up to 20% travel.

Evaluate vendor phone and physical audits, approve/process mail audits and adjustments, research audit issues using PAAS/NCCI, communicate policy changes, manage PAM workflow, provide customer service, and train/mentor junior audit staff.

Analyze, index, and e-index incoming physical and electronic documents; assign document subtypes and keywords; enter data into claim system; scan, validate, and route documents; maintain records and scanning equipment; re-index misfiled items; update tracking logs; assist with procedures, workflows, and special projects.

Entry-level trainee in a formal assigned risk program rotating through policy management/audit, billing & collections, and agency maintenance. Learn systems and processes, provide customer service to agents and policyholders, process policy changes and billing transactions, reconcile accounts and commissions, and develop underwriting and administrative skills to qualify for a targeted role upon program completion.
