Lead and operationalize the Corporate Legal department by building scalable legal operations, workflows, and governance. Manage legal billing and outside counsel, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee entity and IP governance, coordinate litigation and asset resolution, and partner cross-functionally with Finance and leadership to identify and mitigate legal risks while driving efficiency and process improvements.
