Builds scalable LMS, LXP, certification, competency, documentation, and simulation ecosystems; aligns training with product launches and field deployment readiness; manages budgets, metrics, commercialization, and P&L impact; and recruits and develops multidisciplinary teams. Partners with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Global Services teams to improve product adoption, support deflection, customer confidence, and human-robot operational literacy.

Build production ML infrastructure for humanoid robotics, including multimodal data curation, annotation, versioning, large-scale pipelines, simulation and evaluation harnesses, model registries, deployment promotion, experiment tracking, and developer tooling. Partner with autonomy, data platform, and teleoperation teams on lifecycle contracts and technical direction while mentoring engineers through code and design reviews.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service inventory, including warehouse organization, demand forecasting, receiving, cycle counts, asset serialization, stock replenishment, and regional order fulfillment. Coordinate with service teams, dock operations, carriers, and regional hubs to maintain inventory accuracy, prevent stockouts, and ship parts efficiently. The role is on-site in Austin and requires process improvement, ERP expertise, physical warehouse work, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Own uptime for NPI and development humanoid robots: triage, diagnose, repair ambiguous electromechanical failures; document root causes and repair data; feed actionable insights into engineering; participate in Design for Serviceability, validate service procedures, and ensure tooling, spares, and training readiness for field deployment.

Lead end-to-end integration, validation, troubleshooting, and production deployment of perception hardware for humanoid robots. Responsibilities include custom camera and sensor module development, optical vendor and contract manufacturer coordination, ISP tuning, high-speed video link debugging, camera-LiDAR-IMU synchronization, calibration fixture deployment, DVT and EOL testing, and cross-functional technical leadership across mechanical, thermal, industrial design, software, and manufacturing teams.

Own and maintain Altium ECAD libraries, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, pad stacks, and 3D models. Ensure component accuracy, IPC and JEDEC compliance, DFM/DFA readiness, standardized metadata, lifecycle governance, and revision control. Manage part-introduction workflows, audits, and ECAD-to-PLM integration while collaborating with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and contract manufacturing teams. Automate library processes through scripting and support board bring-up and design reviews.

Leads video strategy and end-to-end production for robotics and hard-tech storytelling. Develops concepts, scripts, storyboards, and pitches; directs talent and cinematography; manages schedules, logistics, budgets, shoots, editing, and post-production vendors. Produces cinematic product launches, digital campaigns, brand narratives, internal updates, and photography assets. Collaborates with executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex robotics breakthroughs into accessible, compelling content.
