The Principal Reliability Scientist leads reliability activities in high-performance systems, drives experimental design, analyses data for reliability metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and serviceability.

The Principal Test Framework Software Engineer will design and implement test automation frameworks for hardware validation, collaborating with teams to ensure quality and efficiency in AI hardware systems.

Design and maintain automated test software and frameworks for silicon and hardware platform validation. Develop low-level hardware tests, scalable functional/stress/regression suites, automation workflows and CI integration. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, diagnostics teams to convert specs into tests, analyze telemetry and debug hardware-software interactions, improving tooling robustness and validation efficiency.

Define and lead end-to-end security architecture for a large-scale AI inference service platform. Own threat modelling, tenant isolation, platform and hardware security (secure boot, attestation, firmware integrity), network and API protections, secrets and key management, monitoring and incident response, and customer assurance. Partner across engineering, operations, compliance, and customers to set requirements, validate implementations, support audits and pentests, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Lead system-level hardware project engineering efforts: plan and track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, electrical, mechanical, firmware, SI, thermal, manufacturing, supply chain, quality), manage deliverables through the product lifecycle, identify and mitigate technical risks, support program reviews, and resolve cross-organization issues with ODM partners to maintain project momentum.

Define and execute board- and system-level validation strategies and test plans. Perform hands-on bring-up, functional and electrical characterization, automated test development, debugging, root-cause analysis, and collaborate with ODMs and manufacturing to qualify products for mass production. Document results and present readiness assessments to stakeholders.

Define and deploy board- and system-level manufacturing test strategies for high-volume server production. Develop ICT/MDA/board functional tests, fixtures, and test infrastructure; drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and corrective actions; partner with ODMs and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable production testing and factory readiness.

Lead hands-on debugging and triage of system-level hardware failures across development, manufacturing, and data center platforms. Isolate faults to board, component, firmware, or process, reproduce issues, collect evidence, coordinate with cross-functional SMEs, drive root-cause analysis, recommend design/process improvements, and support NPI, qualification, manufacturing, and high-priority escalations.

Lead design and implementation of digital twin and simulation capabilities for data center and rack/blade systems using Omniverse/OpenUSD. Build real‑time simulation, physics integrations, validation pipelines, 3D scene composition, data integration, tooling, and visualization; provide technical leadership, reviews, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead system-level debug and validation for Arm-based server blades and rack platforms. Drive post-silicon bring-up, cross-functional root-cause analysis, debug methodologies, tooling and automation, program metrics, and mentor engineers to ensure POR quality and timely issue resolution.
