Lead and manage an IAM/PAM engineering team to design, implement, and deliver enterprise identity governance, provisioning, RBAC, and privileged access solutions (e.g., SailPoint). Drive integrations with AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and cloud IAM, oversee large transformation programs, ensure compliance, and run platform operations and continuous improvement.

Support risk and governance for custody and digital asset servicing. Identify, assess, and manage operational and regulatory risks across custody, ETF servicing, transfer agent activities and digital asset custody. Partner with operations, technology, and control functions to evaluate new products and changes, implement monitoring and self-assessment, review incidents, report to senior management, and promote risk awareness and training.

Lead portfolio-level risk management for Capital Partners: build risk frameworks and models, analyze market and liquidity risks, run stress tests and VaR, standardize data, model hard-to-value securities, present risk metrics to senior management, and manage junior team members.

Support relationship management and credit functions for the Commodities & Logistics loan portfolio: underwrite new loans, perform credit analysis and due diligence, build financial models and executive summaries, assist business development and marketing, prepare credit reports and industry research, and support client meetings and networking.

Lead and grow relationships with intermediary distribution channels (RIA custodians, bank trust, TAMPs, DC recordkeepers, alternative platforms). Develop account strategies, pursue platform access and revenue targets, coordinate RFPs and due diligence, represent BBH investment capabilities, and provide market intelligence to inform product and distribution priorities.

The CAG Associate will support mergers and acquisitions, perform financial analyses, conduct research, and develop client presentations within a collaborative team.

Perform timely and accurate security master set-ups and maintenance across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Master Record systems. Research and verify security identifiers and data using vendors (Bloomberg, ICE, DTCC, Euroclear), reconcile discrepancies, complete quality control, manage daily volume, escalate issues, and liaise with internal teams such as Trade Management, Fund Accounting, and Corporate Actions.
