Supports the customer success team by managing client relationships, developing success plans, preparing meetings, coordinating follow-ups, monitoring satisfaction, maintaining documentation, researching market trends, and identifying service improvements. The internship is primarily on-site in Conway, Arkansas, with part-time hours during the semester and increased hours during breaks.

Owns relationships with strategic commerce accounts, serving as the primary client partner for Acxiom products and services. Drives account growth, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, contract negotiations, and profitability. Advises clients on data, analytics, digital marketing, ad technology, and related solutions while coordinating delivery teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. Escalates issues, leads troubleshooting, and manages complex sales cycles with senior client executives.

Lead industry strategy and growth for financial services and insurance verticals. Set direction for teams, ensure compliant use of data, partner with sales to prioritize accounts and drive revenue, translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions, shape proposals/pricing, inform product roadmap, and represent Acxiom in executive client forums.

Leads affiliate marketing strategy, partner management, channel optimization, and cross-functional customer acquisition initiatives. Manages affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, onboarding, performance reviews, tracking, attribution, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams while defining project plans, resolving issues, analyzing performance, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

Advise clients and agencies on Acxiom third-party audience strategy, manage end-to-end audience delivery and troubleshooting, coordinate cross-functional execution, validate audience specs, analyze campaign performance, and create operational playbooks to drive activation and measurable results.

Partner with a divisional sales leadership team to drive sales operations: reporting, analytics, forecasting, compensation planning, territory alignment, pipeline management, productivity measurement, and process automation to optimize revenue and sales efficiency.
